Refunds


At Babji Sanitation, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return experience, please note the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid purchase receipt or invoice is required.
  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Babji Sanitation (online or at our store).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Sanitaryware that has been opened and shows signs of handling (e.g., broken seals).
  • Clearance or sale items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

Returning a product is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

    Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Return Approval:
    Once your return is approved, we will share instructions for drop-off or pickup.
  4. Pack the Product:
    Ensure the item is securely packed in its original box with all accessories and manuals.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or credit/debit card).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging and delivering your products, but if something goes wrong:

  • Please report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share images or videos of the product and packaging for quicker processing.
  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund based on the issue.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a fault from our end (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover all shipping charges.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
